• Primary skills:Process->Development Methodology->Scrum,Process->Project Management->Project Management,Technology->Services->Airlines About the Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead execution and delivery of product modifications in a cross-functional technology environment. The role is accountable for project success, sprint delivery, team effectiveness, stakeholder communication, risks and issues, resource coordination, change management, QA and delivery governance. Roles & Responsibilities • Own overall project success and deliverables. • Remove impediments and help keep the team fully functional and productive. • Manage day-to-day project activities for sprint delivery. • Prioritize architectural changes versus user-story development. • Facilitate senior-management reviews, status updates and sign-off processes. • Manage project communications, issues, risks, scope and changes. • Execute change-management controls in coordination with the customer. • Coordinate project resources and availability to meet deadlines. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to report and mitigate project issues and risks. • Develop and implement QA processes for deliverable quality and milestone achievement. • Track sprint metrics and audit deliverables. Required Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field. • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles. • Scrum Master Certification. • Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge. • Strong communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred / Good to Have • Golang/Java/Python/SQL awareness • Airline domain experience
