What would you do? Monitor CRM and omni-channel marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution across, campaign workflows, and ad-hoc marketing activities. Support campaign operations by proactively identifying, tracking, and escalating campaign issues, anomalies, and performance concerns. Maintain visibility into campaign health, delivery status, and operational performance. Collaborate with campaign teams, project managers, developers, and quality analysts to ensure campaigns meet delivery, quality, and compliance standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing campaign monitoring effectiveness and operational efficiency.
What are we looking for? Education & Experience: Bachelor s Degree. 1–3 years of experience in CRM Operations, Campaign Monitoring, Marketing Operations, Campaign Execution, or related fields. Experience supporting CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, or omni-channel marketing environments. Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms such as SFMC, Braze, or Adobe solutions. Strong understanding of campaign workflows, customer journeys, and campaign execution processes. Ability to analyze campaign metrics and identify operational issues. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across Campaign Operations, Development, QA, Data, and Project Management teams. Demonstrated commitment to quality, governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts if required. Must Have Skills: Strong understanding of CRM Operations and Campaign Management processes. Experience monitoring email, SMS, push notification, and omni-channel marketing campaigns. Ability to track campaign performance, identify anomalies, and escalate issues appropriately. Understanding of customer journeys, campaign workflows, and campaign deployment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret campaign metrics and identify potential risks or exceptions. Excellent attention to detail and operational accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaign monitoring activities simultaneously. Experience creating and maintaining operational reports and tracking logs. Good to Have Skills: Exposure to CRM platforms such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Braze Adobe Campaign Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Understanding of campaign analytics and performance reporting. Familiarity with ticketing and workflow management tools such as JIRA or Workfront. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP Scripting. Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and marketing automation concepts.
Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Monitor campaign workflows, and ad-hoc campaigns. Review campaign execution status and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running as expected. Track campaign performance metrics and maintain accurate monitoring records. Collaborate with Project Managers, Campaign Developers, Data Teams, and Technical Leads to investigate and resolve issues. Escalate campaign risks, failures, delays, or operational concerns promptly. Generate operational reports and provide status updates to stakeholders. Identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities within campaign execution processes. Maintain campaign monitoring logs, incident records, and audit documentation. Work Orchestration & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate updates in ticketing and workflow management systems. Record campaign monitoring observations, incidents, defects, escalations, and resolutions accurately. Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Desktop Procedures (DTPs), governance frameworks, and quality checklists. Ensure monitoring activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels. Support operational reporting by providing timely and accurate campaign performance updates. Maintain audit trails and documentation for campaign monitoring and issue management activities. Drive adherence to campaign governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance campaign monitoring effectiveness and operational efficiency.
