Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This includes defining the scope of projects, closely monitoring the progress of deliverables, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with various stakeholders. The role requires balancing multiple priorities, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that outcomes meet the expectations set forth by the organization. Collaboration and coordination across different teams and departments are essential to drive successful project completion and business value realization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to align project goals and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Development.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and module integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex PeopleSoft application issues.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL scripting related to PeopleSoft environments.
