What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting • A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing. • It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Strong verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of standard costing concepts including variance analysis RCA participation in supply chain planning process for standard costing and improving standard cost efficiency • Strong understanding of BOM management material master and other costing concepts • Strong understanding of month end processes SOX compliance balance sheet reconciliations RCA and action planning • Strong understanding of accounting concepts analytical and problem solving skills budgeting and forecasting from a costing perspective and supply chain functions • Margin analysis including gross margin and net margin • Strong written communication skills • Microsoft Office proficiency • Problem solving attitude • Team management • Strong analytical skills • Client and stakeholder management • Logical reasoning and structured thought process • Process transition experience • Management of SLAs and KPIs • Process control and compliance • Willingness to work night shifts • Understanding of RPA concepts • Continuous improvement mindset
