Skills Technology->Cloud Platform->AWS Database->AWS,Technology->Cloud Platform->Azure Devops,Technology->Cloud Platform->GCP Devops,Technology->Microsoft Technologies->.NET Frameworks Minimum Qualifications: • 5–9 years of professional experience in software engineering with strong hands-on expertise in .NET. • Strong experience building and deploying solutions on AWS (design, implementation, and operational support). • Proficiency in building APIs/services, integrating with databases, and writing clean, testable, maintainable code. • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across engineering and business stakeholders. • Education: Bachelor’s/Graduation or Master’s/Post Graduate degree (BE/BTech/MSc/MCA/MTech or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications: • Exposure to multi-cloud environments, including Azure and/or GCP, with the ability to adapt designs across providers. • Experience designing cloud-native architectures (microservices/event-driven patterns) and improving scalability and resilience. • Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated deployments for cloud-hosted .NET applications. • Experience with containerization and orchestration approaches to improve portability and operational consistency. • Proven ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and drive engineering excellence across teams. Good to have skills: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform • Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based applications, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability. • Own technical design and architecture decisions for cloud-hosted solutions on AWS, with consideration for Azure/GCP where applicable. • Drive best practices for coding standards, code reviews, branching strategies, and release readiness. Cloud Engineering • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using AWS services (compute, storage, networking, IAM). • Ensure application observability and reliability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices. • Collaborate on cloud migration or modernization initiatives, including refactoring and re-platforming where needed. Collaboration & Mentoring • Partner with product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans. • Mentor engineers, support technical upskilling, and help unblock teams through effective problem-solving and guidance.
