Summary:
As a Digital Product Designer, a typical day involves envisioning and crafting innovative digital experiences that effectively embody the essence and values of a brand. This role requires transforming ideas into tangible concepts through various creative mediums such as storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes. The day also includes planning and conducting user and usability testing sessions to gather insights, validate design choices, and iteratively enhance the final product. Collaboration and communication play a key role in ensuring that the digital solutions resonate well with users and meet project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design process from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand values and user needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate design solutions seamlessly with technical and business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging design trends and technologies to enhance the quality and innovation of digital products.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- Strong skills in user experience design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive digital experiences.
- Ability to conduct and analyze user and usability testing to inform design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
