Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Locations: Hyderabad, India | Hybrid

What You Will Get to Do:

• Design and implement stateful multi-agent graphs using LangGraph to automate complex, multi-step operational workflows.

• Construct advanced RAG pipelines utilizing hybrid retrieval methods, re-ranking, and dynamic context selection.

• Build reliable integrations and API connectors allowing autonomous agents to query databases, read unstructured documents, and interface with core systems.

• Manage agent state persistence, execution memory, and control loops to eliminate infinite execution paths and unnecessary API overhead.

• Write clean, production-grade Python code supported by unit tests, structured logging, and evaluation hooks.

• Assist in mentoring mid-level developers and junior associates on clean multi-agent engineering patterns.

What You Will Bring:

• 7 – 10 years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on LLM application engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks.

• Advanced mastery of Python, PyTorch/Transformers, LangChain, and LangGraph (state machine design, conditional routing, parallel execution).

• Demonstrated experience building enterprise RAG pipelines over complex unstructured document sources (PDFs, multi-page tables, financial filings).

• Deep understanding of vector representations, embedding models, distance metrics, and retrieval tuning.

• Strong core software development discipline: async Python (asyncio), REST API design, microservices, and Git workflows.
