Affluent Acquisition & Book Deepening – Regional Lead

The Regional Lead will drive the growth of the Affluent and Solitaire customer franchise across the assigned region through branch channels. The role involves accelerating new customer acquisition, deepening relationships with existing customers, increasing wallet share, and driving upgrades to the Solitaire segment to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the growth of the Affluent and Solitaire franchise across the assigned region by delivering customer acquisition, relationship deepening, portfolio growth and overall business targets. Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Area Managers, Regional Business Heads and City/State Heads to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and achieve desired outcomes. Work as the key link between regional leadership and branch teams, driving alignment, accountability and execution excellence. Ensure effective implementation of campaigns, productivity initiatives and business reviews.

 

• New-to-Bank (NTB) Affluent Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of high-value Affluent customers through targeted regional initiatives, branch-led sourcing programs, focused marketing campaigns and local market activations. Build a strong acquisition pipeline and improve conversion rates across locations.
• Existing-to-Bank (ETB) Book Deepening: Drive customer engagement and portfolio deepening initiatives to increase Relationship Value, Product Holding, and overall customer profitability.
• Solitaire Upgrade: Identify and upgrade eligible Affluent customers into the Solitaire program by leveraging customer insights, targeted campaigns and branch engagement.
• Solitaire Credit Card: Lead the issuance of Solitaire Credit Cards by working closely with branch and sales teams. Enhance card penetration and customer adoption across both NTB and ETB segments to drive portfolio growth and engagement.

 

Ideal Candidate: Experience in Affluent Banking, Liability Sales, Branch Banking or New Customer Acquisition. Strong execution capabilities and proven track record of driving sales growth.

Experience in Affluent Banking, Retail Liabilities, Branch Banking, Consumer Banking Sales or New Customer Acquisition. Strong execution focus, ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
