Role & responsibilities
- Manage TDS receivable reconciliation and ensure timely tracking and recovery of tax credits.
- Oversee GST compliance activities, including reconciliations and regulatory adherence.
- Verify and monitor Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility, accuracy, and utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for resolution of TDS/GST-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain and reconcile tax ledgers, ensuring accuracy of tax balances and records.
- Prepare and support statutory reporting, audits, and tax assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax and GST regulations and address any exceptions proactively.
- Assist in month-end and year-end tax reconciliations and financial closing activities.
- Monitor tax-related issues, recommend corrective actions, and support process improvements.
