Module Lead - System Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

 

• Act as product owner for E&E aggregates, enabling development and testing by technical collaboration with module teams
• Ensure E&E product (hardware and software) delivery by close coordination with development and testing teams
• Enable team members to individually handle activities project wise
• Coordinating with Internal & External stake holders for requirements creation and interface sign off, including marketing, product planning, R&D, manufacturing, service etc.

• Tracking implementation of VRS,SDS project-wise, project management and management presentation using Gantt charts or similar

• Create management summary project wise, presenting to senior management on periodic basis
• Mentoring team members, task delegation and allocation, personnel management, skill development, appraisal and career path development

 

 

Skills

 

 

• Sound knowledge on Battery electric vehicle System, electric powertrain
• Good understanding of system EE architecture definition, V-cycle product development for electric powertrain
• Adept in feature benchmarking for EE functions
• Knowledge On verification & validation of automotive standards & Processes, adept on relevant audit processes and work products
• Sound knowledge on system design, automotive product development cycle.
• Stakeholder collaboration within and outside of product development teams
• Project and deliverable tracking, project management and systematic task management experience
