The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and manage support tickets effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless application support.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system integration and understanding of business-critical application workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
