Your Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze business needs, process requirements, and pain points related to medias and connected solutions
    • Translate business and IT requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
    • Support definition and refinement of acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner, architects, and engineers
    • Maintain backlog quality and support sprint preparation and refinement
    • Document processes, requirements, decisions, and dependencies in Jira and Confluence
    • Coordinate requirement clarifications across business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners
    • Support impact analysis for changes affecting frontend, CMS, integrations, operations, and support processes
    • Prepare functional test scenarios and support business-led UAT preparation and defect follow-up
    • Support release readiness by ensuring requirements, documentation, and acceptance status are transparent
    • Help identify requirement gaps, risks, and cross-team dependencies early
    • Use Jira and Confluence for transparent delivery management, documentation, technical decisions, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and implementation partners

Your Qualifications

Your Qualifications

    • Graduate degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field
    • 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in digital or enterprise IT environments
    • Strong experience in requirements engineering, process analysis, and backlog preparation
    • Experience working with Agile teams, product owners, and technical delivery teams
    • Ability to structure complex topics and communicate clearly across business and IT stakeholders
    • Good understanding of enterprise systems such as eCommerce, CMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
    • Strong written and spoken English
    • Experience with Jira and Confluence
    • Experience in B2B eCommerce is a plus
