Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and utilizing a variety of standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. This position requires continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining system compatibility and optimal performance across different environments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve application functionality and efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and support of application updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools to accelerate application delivery.
- Knowledge of best practices in application lifecycle management, including release management and version control.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
