Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), PySpark, API Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and identify root causes.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component software systems.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Python (Programming Language), PySpark, API Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
