Visit us at www.accenture.com. • 5-9 years in Operations Transformation, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence • Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Contact Center, or Enterprise Operations • Proven track record of delivering measurable transformation outcomes • Expertise in process improvement, automation (RPAorworkflows), analytics, and AIorGenAI • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills • In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management • Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth

Roles and Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end operations transformation initiatives across customer operations, back office, and shared services environments • Analyze existing (as-is) processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, automation opportunities, and value levers • Design future-state (to-be) processes, operating models, and governance frameworks aligned to client goals • Apply Lean, Business Excellence, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes • Identify and support deployment of automation (RPA), digital workflow, analytics, and AIorGenAI use cases • Track and report transformation benefits across cost, productivity, quality, customer experience etc • Work with stakeholders, delivery leaders, and cross-functional internal teams to drive execution • Contribute to creation of transformation assets, playbooks, and best practices
