Job Description & Summary: We are looking for seasoned Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Own product vision & roadmap for PCN's data analytics and AI solutions across clinical, financial, and operational domains.

Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to launch - for dashboards, predictive models, and inference analytics.

Bridge business, engineering & clinical stakeholders to align product strategy with measurable outcomes.

Lead agile execution - backlog management, feature prioritization, UX prototyping, and release planning.

Apply deep US healthcare domain ability - delivery models, payment systems, PHI/data governance, and compliance.

Present the applied concepts to the executives for the commercialization purposes.

Who We Are Looking For

8+ yrs in product management / healthcare analytics; 4+ yrs in domain-driven digital product management.

Proven delivery of end-to-end data/AI products in matrixed, cross-functional environments.

Strong in product strategy, agile/scrum, data analytics (descriptive → predictive → inference), and UX design thinking.

Epic/Clarity/Caboodle and AI/ML in healthcare exposure preferred.

Executive presence, analytical rigor, customer-first mindset, and flexibility for US time zones.

Proven record of accomplishment of working with the data professionals to produce an enterprise level outcomes.

High adaptability in terms of changing business needs.
