Senior Associate, Risk Management

 

The Supervising Associate within RMS-Global Security team would be required to develop subject matter expertise across the Global Security disciplines. An individual should be able to continuously add value to assigned processes and develop solutions for situations that may not have been previously documented. Working with the team from Gurugram location, networking with Global Security leadership and other RMS leaders at the location and providing long term value to the business. 

 

 

The opportunity

 

Working under the direction of Global Security leadership, the Security Data & Insight Analyst will support the Security and Travel Intelligence Center (STIC) by translating alert data into meaningful insights for regions/countries to review their current and upcoming risk environment. Collaborate with discipline leads and technology team to build dashboards for senior leadership.  Collect, analyse and interpret intelligence and security related information from internal and external sources.  Proficient in building scalable data models across disciplines of Global Security.  

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Service Delivery

 

• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks through intelligence and data analysis.
• Provide analytical support for investigations, security operations, and leadership decision-making.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret intelligence from internal and external sources.
• Produce intelligence reports for executive briefings, and situation reports.
• Support incident management, crisis response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across STIC.

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, threat intelligence, Security Operations Center, business intelligence, risk management.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into logical user stories to build solutions which meet requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and engage effectively with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity will add value
• Experience supporting global teams in a 24x7 operating environment.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong logical and reasoning skills
• Self-started, enthusiastic, details oriented, are required for this role.
• Master’s degree from a reputed college

 

 

Technologies and Tools

 

• Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, Power BI, MS excel, PowerPoint
