JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation: Senior Executive - HSEQ for F&B Services

HSEQ : Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.

Job Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore

Educational Qualification:  Any graduate

Experience Required:    1-2 years

Shift Timings:  General Shift 9AM-6 PM

Work Schedule:  6 days/week

Key Responsibilities

Food Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce HACCP, ISO, and local food safety regulations.

Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective action plans for F&B services.

Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure workplace safety, risk assessments, and incident reporting.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with catering partners to align on compliance and service standards.

Training & Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for staff on hygiene, safety, and quality practices.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain MIS reports, audit findings, and compliance records.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve service quality and safety.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI).
• Experience in quality audits and compliance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff on safety and hygiene practices.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
