As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with the enterprise technology ecosystem, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the integration process, fostering a collaborative environment to support the evolving needs of the organization s artificial intelligence initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure timely and efficient implementation of artificial intelligence workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes and deployment methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable artificial intelligence workflows within complex technology environments.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques for multi-provider artificial intelligence platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment challenges across diverse technology stacks.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and their application in artificial intelligence solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
