About the Project

JLL India is executing a structured internal data compliance initiative aimed at reviewing and cleaning up sensitive personal data stored across enterprise systems. The project involves systematic identification and review of data across multiple platforms including document management systems, email, and cloud storage drives, for a defined set of in-scope users.

What You'll Do

• Review files and folders flagged for manual assessment by the automation tool

• Assess each flagged item to determine whether it contains the data type in scope

• Record findings accurately in the review log (Excel-based tracker)

• Escalate ambiguous cases to the project lead for guidance

• Support the quality check and sign-off process to ensure timely project completion

What You'll Learn

• Hands-on exposure to a live corporate data compliance and governance project

• Practical understanding of data privacy principles and enterprise data management

• Working knowledge of enterprise tools including SharePoint, Workday, and OneDrive

• Experience in a structured, professional environment alongside JLL India's HR, Legal, Risk, and Intelligent Automation teams — a highly relevant and growing domain

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduates (any stream), students currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation, or recent graduates

• Fresh professionals seeking corporate exposure in compliance, data governance, or HR operations

• Detail-oriented individuals comfortable with structured, process-driven review work

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SharePoint or OneDrive is a plus

• High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
