Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Work Zone Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Build Work Zone (formerly SAP Work Zone/SAP Launchpad Service) solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects to create digital workplace experiences, integrate enterprise applications, and improve employee productivity through a unified portal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for digital workplace and employee experience initiatives.
• Design and implement SAP Build Work Zone solutions for business users and employees.
• Configure workspaces, pages, site structures, navigation, and content management.
• Develop and maintain role-based access and authorization concepts.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications into the Work Zone environment.
• Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad capabilities and user experiences.
• Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, and integration teams.
• Design and implement employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) portals.
• Support content lifecycle management and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot portal, integration, and user access issues.
• Drive continuous improvements and adoption of digital workplace solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Build Work Zone or SAP Launchpad Service.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP platform services.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and portal technologies.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts.
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Build Work Zone Certification.
• SAP BTP Certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori implementations.
• Knowledge of Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
• Experience in global rollout and support projects.

• Maintain portal governance and security compliance.
• Support periodic releases and platform upgrades.
