Procure to Pay - AP Accountant

Job Mission
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment execution.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of supplier queries.
- Adhere to group policies, internal controls, and reporting timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payment runs and address supplier queries.
- Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable processes, internal controls, and group policies.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
- Apply knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), vendor management, and ERP systems, with a willingness to learn.
Relevant Experience
Experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in invoice processing and vendor management. Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
Educational Qualification
B.Com. or M.Com., preferably with relevant Accounts Payable experience.
