Project Role : Custom Software EngineerProject Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating on the design of software configurations and customizations to align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires careful attention to detail and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are tailored effectively to meet organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software configurations meet business requirements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance needs.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with security best practices and access control in data warehouse platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
