Job Location: Sector 75, Gurugram

Designation: Soft Service Executive

Educational Qualification:  Graduation Mandatory

Experience Required:  2 years Minimum

Shift Timings:  Rotational Shifts

Work Schedule:  6 Days/week

Specific Skills: : Soft services specialist with Excellent communication abilities and comprehensive knowledge of chemical applications and safety protocols.

Service Management The executive oversees and coordinates soft services including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, catering, reception services, and mailroom operations. They ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and contract specifications while maintaining quality across all touchpoints.

Vendor and Contract Management They manage relationships with soft service contractors and vendors, monitor contract performance against KPIs, conduct regular vendor assessments, and negotiate service levels. This includes coordinating with multiple service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.

Quality Assurance Regular inspections and audits verify service quality standards. The executive implements quality control processes, addresses service failures promptly, and develops corrective action plans. They gather occupant feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement.

Budget and Cost Control They prepare and manage budgets for soft services, track expenditures against allocated budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, and provide financial reports on service costs and variances.

Health, Safety, and Compliance Ensuring all soft services comply with health and safety regulations is critical. This includes maintaining proper documentation, coordinating safety training for service staff, and ensuring adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.

Stakeholder Communication The executive serves as the primary point of contact for soft service matters, communicating with building occupants, facility managers, and senior management. They handle complaints and service requests, provide regular status updates, and maintain strong working relationships.

Team Coordination They may supervise in-house soft service staff or coordinate contracted teams, conduct performance reviews, arrange training programs, and ensure adequate staffing levels for all service areas.
