Location: Pune, India

Role Description

This role will help in driving on how we ensure India continues to scale while improving productivity, engineering quality, automation adoption, and investment efficiency. The aim would be to extend this globally and provide these metrics and actions to the global organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Work across global teams to identify opportunities to improve Engineering Productivity.
• Leverage dbClarity, Apptio data to build Cost/Delivery model.
• Use AI, to create Engineering capability & capacity models across CB CIO.
• Drive Vendor footprint optimization and efficiency across CB CIO India.
• Act as single point person for creating skill repository for CB CIO India.
• Work with Engineering leads to understanding the SDLC process and identify opportunities for optimization.

Your skills and experience

• Understanding of Python & AI Skills
• Complete understanding of SDLC process and Engineering KPI’s
  Strong data modelling and excel skills.
• Ability to drive large scale transformation programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with teams and drive output across multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
