GCR-US International Tax-Assistant Manager

Job purpose:

Your key responsibilities

- Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions
- Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team
- Communicate your progress and the project status to supervisors worldwide
- Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal
- Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently

-Prepare/review US international compliance workpapers and tax returns.

- Prepare/review international information reporting forms, including 5471, 8858, 8865, 8621, 926 and other applicable international forms.

- Perform calculations relating to GILTI, tested income/loss, QBAI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax credit calculations, CFC/CFP Testing, PFIC Testing, quarterly and annual taxable income, E&P computations.

- Prepare/review Sch K, K1, K2 and K3 to ensure all relevant details are accurate and complete.

- Review work prepared by staff and provide appropriate comments and technical guidance.

- Prepare supporting documentation and ensure workpapers are complete and properly documented.

- Communicate issues and potential delays to manager or engagement leadership.

- Experience with GoSystem, Corptax and Onesource knowledge of e-file validation for returns, and the ability to resolve diagnostic errors.

- Demonstrate good knowledge in MS Excel and a basic knowledge of other MS Office, Web-based applications .

What we look for

- US CPA or CA preferred

- At least 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably in a similar field.
