Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in product quality across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster growth and innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate testing outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with quality engineering tools and methodologies to enhance testing accuracy.
- Ability to develop predictive testing models using automation and innovative technologies.
- Skilled in collaborating across teams to integrate testing solutions within the software development lifecycle.
- Competence in analyzing test results and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
