Apprentice - Production
Batch/Continuous Process Management: Assist in the execution of batch and continuous processes as per the production plan, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Quality Assurance: Support in maintaining the quality of recovered solvents and other products.
Permit Issuance: Support in issuing permits for maintenance activities of equipment in the SRU (Solvent Recovery Unit).
Documentation: Ensure progressive documentation of activities in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Equipment Cleaning: Assist in the thorough cleaning of equipment during campaign changeovers, as required.
Incident Reporting: Report any near-miss incidents or accidents to the concerned authorities immediately.
Daily Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily reports including batch cycle time, water consumption, manpower details, and stock reports.
Safety Management: Ensure the safety of operating personnel and equipment by following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Compliance with cGMP: Maintain cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards during shifts.
Housekeeping: Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure proper upkeep of the production area during shifts.
Training Programs: Participate in and assist in training programs for subordinates relevant to operations during plant shutdowns.
Safety Talks: Participate in daily safety talks to reinforce safe working practices and awareness among the team.
