Summary:
Leads end-to-end project delivery for the Americas client portfolio, managing executive relationships, program milestones, risk & compliance, and onshore delivery commitments. Acts as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders, drives the automation strategy and roadmap, and mentors cross-functional delivery teams. Oversees financial performance, resource planning, and governance across all active engagements, and serves as the senior point of contact for automation delivery escalations.
