Roles & Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW –

The ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on configuring modules, developing custom applications, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems to streamline IT service management and business workflows.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Enhance CSM module in ServiceNow and create custom workflows
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and custom applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, GlideRecord, and other ServiceNow development tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure optimal use of the ServiceNow platform.
Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the ServiceNow environment.
Please note CSM experience is a must have

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
o Professional 1 (at least 2 years of experience)
o Professional 2 (3-6 years of experience)
o Professional 3 (7+ years of experience)
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer),
experience with ITIL processes, and integration experience with other enterprise systems.



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
