Job Purpose

Manage the delivery of business performance reporting and financial analytics for the circles and leadership. The role ensures accurate and timely performance reporting, develops decision-ready insights, support revenue growth, subscriber and cost related analytics, investment performance and improve reporting effectiveness through automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily financial and non-financial performance reports against budget, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, data integrity, and first-time-right delivery.
• Prepare business review decks highlighting performance, key variances, emerging risks, opportunities, and action items.
• Monitor circle-wise revenue and subscriber KPIs against budget, analyse variances and trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and subscriber additions.
• Analyse cost lines, identify outliers, and share benchmarking reports.
• Automate recurring reports and dashboards to enhance efficiency, reliability, standardisation, and reporting controls.
• Track sales quality and assess sales profitability across segments, business units, and profit centres.
• Monitor tower performance, track returns on deployed capex, and analyse investment efficiency at the national and business-unit levels.
• Analyse P&L movements across revenue, costs, and profitability against budget, and evaluate actual performance trends.
• Collaborate with circle finance, business, central IT, and BI teams to validate data, resolve reporting issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Technical/ Functional Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Hyperion, and dashboard development skill
• Financial performance analysis across revenue, subscribers, margins, and profitability
• Budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Capex planning, P&L analysis, management reporting & executive presentation skills
