Wind Sector Sales Professional (Western India Region)
- Sales Management, Accomplish Sales Budget/Target, Orders in Hand, GPI targets for Wind Sector
- Front End Customer interface for all Sales activities. Develop customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries.
- Work closely with Sector Head Wind Energy, Application Engineering teams, Pricing team, Product Management, Industrial Engineering at Plant, Customer Service teams to achieve Sales figures of the month, quarter, year.
- Active participation at all networking events in the Wind Industry
- Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for Wind Energy market segment (territory, sector, defined customers or product line). Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment.
- Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances.
- Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors.
- Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning.
- Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement.
Sales Professional with experience in Wind Industry or Industrial Equipment Sales
- B.E Mechanical or Production
- 8 - 10 years of experience
