Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment on Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within Azure DevOps.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools relevant to Microsoft Azure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
