Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and standards. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management. Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. A minimum of 4 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
