Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily routine. Continuous improvement and refinement of software components to meet evolving business needs are integral to this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce page development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features to meet business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- 15 years full time education is required.
