Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software components are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in web components.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of Salesforce development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
