Job Description Digital Workplace Engineer Intune

This opportunity is with LTM for the position of Digital Workplace Engineer Intune Responsible for the design deployment automation App deployment security and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint platforms with a primary focus on Windows macOS device management using Microsoft Intune Partners with Security Infrastructure Vendors and IT Operations teams to deliver secure compliant and usercentric endpoint solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements such as SOC 2

This role requires expertise in Intune MDM and candidate should be able to act as Individual Contributor to drive all Devices engineering scope Plus be able to act as last escalation point for ALL device related issues

Role responsibilities

Be the Intune MDM Architect to manage Windows macOS devices end to end

Deploy and maintain Software and OS patches using Windows Autopatch Mac DDM policies

Handle enrollment issues with Autopilot Apple ADE etc

Create and deploy custom configurations OMAURI mobileconfigplist etc

Do endpoint automation and remediations using Scripting tools PowerShell BashShell etc

Create and deploy app packages win32 MSIX PSADT PKG using JAMF Composer Apple VPP etc

Maintain device security posture as per SOC2 standards

Apply Endpoint Security policies as per Security teams advise

Handle all escalations from L1 L2 teams for all device related issues Windows macOS

Drive large scale automation using Intune Graph API and Azure Runbooks

Do version control of deployed apps and policies in Azure DevOps

Required skills

Expertise in Intune MDM

Familiar with core Entra Identity M365 concepts

Application packaging Windows macOS

Manage global Print infrastructure using SaaS tools like Printerlogic

Device enrollment and offboarding using Windows Autopilot Apple ADE ABM enrollment

Scripting expertise in PowerShell BashShell and Python

Expertise in creating Custom Configurations Windows macOS tailored to Organization needs

Advanced OS troubleshooting Windows macOS

Familiar with core networking concepts DNS DHCP LANWANSubnets VPN splittunneling etc

Endpoint Security install EDR sensor ASR rules MDE scan policies disk encryption Smartscreen etc

Experience with ServiceNow JIRA for Ticket management

Deliver timely highquality resolution of escalated incidents ensuring minimal business impact and a positive enduser experience

Develop maintain and continuously improve knowledge base articles and operational documentation for known issues standard procedures and best practices

Foster clear professional and effective communication with end users stakeholders and crossfunctional teams

Take ownership of all run and build activities within the End User Devices domain driving service improvements managing risks and ensuring platform stability security and compliance

Act as a trusted SME for endpoint technologies providing guidance technical leadership and strategic recommendations

Provide mentoring and guidance to L1 and L2 support teams

Technical Skillset Good to Know

Sign custom PKGs using Apple Developer Certs

Familiarity with Jamf Pro

Familiarity with managing Linux OS Android iOS WVDCloud PCs
