Role Overview The Senior Business Manager – Learning is a strategic leadership role within the Professional Skills Development function. The role is responsible for shaping and driving enterprise wide professional and soft skills capability building, with a strong focus on leadership readiness, executive presence, and business impact. This leader will work closely with senior business stakeholders to design and deliver high impact learning interventions that enable current and future leaders across the organization. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty • Act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Unit and senior leadership teams • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of enterprise level professional skills and leadership development programs • Personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals, managers, and leaders • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and relevance of professional skills offerings in line with evolving business needs • Ensure measurable business impact and high learner engagement across all programs Core Capabilities & Skills • Executive level facilitator with deep expertise in professional skills and leadership development • Strong program design capability, from needs analysis to delivery and impact measurement • Proven ability to engage, influence, and partner with senior business leaders • Exceptional communication, coaching, and executive presence • Strong people leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high performing faculty teams Additional Responsibility: Experience & Qualifications • 15+ years of experience in corporate professional skills and soft skills enablement • Significant experience delivering learning programs for senior leaders and executive audiences • Demonstrated success in leading large scale, high impact learning initiatives in complex organizations Who Should Apply This role is ideal for a seasoned learning leader who combines deep facilitation expertise with strategic thinking, business acumen, and the credibility to operate confidently at the senior leadership level.
