Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and development of business solutions that support client pursuits across the Healthcare and Life Insurance industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutioning Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, developing business cases, building cost models and pricing strategies, and supporting complex proposal responses.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, commercially viable solutions that align with client requirements and organizational objectives. Experience working for an outsourcing service provider and supporting competitive pursuits is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution development for BPO opportunities across Healthcare and Life Insurance clients.
• Develop comprehensive business cases that articulate value propositions, financial benefits, operational efficiencies, and transformation opportunities.
• Build detailed cost models, pricing models, and commercial assumptions to support competitive and profitable client proposals.
• Design scalable operating models, delivery approaches, staffing models, transition strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, Operations, Finance, and Subject Matter Experts to develop integrated client solutions.
• Analyze client RFPs, RFIs, and business requirements to create differentiated solution strategies.
• Develop solution narratives, proposal content, executive presentations, and client-facing documentation.
• Support solution validation, pricing reviews, and executive governance during pursuit cycles.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, solution workshops, and proposal presentations.
• Identify operational risks, dependencies, and assumptions while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Incorporate industry best practices, automation opportunities, digital capabilities, and continuous improvement concepts into proposed solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational delivery capabilities, financial targets, and contractual requirements.
• Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities during deal handoff to delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a BPO or outsourcing organization.
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases, financial models, pricing strategies, and cost estimates for large outsourcing engagements.
• Experience designing end-to-end BPO solutions for Healthcare or Life Insurance clients.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing delivery models, shared services, offshore/onshore delivery, and operational transformation.
• Experience supporting client pursuits, RFP responses, proposal development, and oral presentations.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Healthcare Payer operations, including Claims, Benefits Administration, Enrollment, Provider Services, Customer Service, Care Management, or Utilization Management.
• Experience supporting Life Insurance operations, including Policy Administration, New Business, Underwriting, Claims, Customer Service, and Policy Servicing.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, Intelligent Automation (RPA), AI-enabled operations, workflow platforms, and process optimization.
• Experience working with global delivery models and cross-functional solution teams.
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
