Role 4 – Project Manager / Solution Architect (Offshore)

Location: Offshore, India  |  Positions: 1  |  Minimum experience: 12 years

Role purpose

Single offshore point of accountability for Phase 1 planning, delivery governance and solution coherence. Acts as the bridge between the onsite leads and the offshore assessment team and owns the quality and timeliness of all Phase 1 deliverables. Also carries organisational change readiness oversight for Phase 1.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Phase 1 project plan, workshop calendar, deliverable tracker, RAID log and weekly status reporting.
• Maintain the overall solution view across functional, technical, data, security and integration streams and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• Govern deliverable quality gates, documentation standards and requirements traceability against the RFP baseline.
• Consolidate workstream outputs into the target architecture, implementation roadmap, risk register and Phase 2 estimates.
• Conduct the change readiness assessment: stakeholder mapping, high-level change impact, training needs and communication plan outline.
• Manage scope through the agreed change control process and flag client dependencies that affect the schedule.
• Coordinate offshore resource allocation, utilisation and knowledge continuity into Phase 2.
