Manager - MEP
Job Purpose
Principal Accountabilities
- Being responsible for all works related to air conditioning system, mechanical ventilation etc.
- Being responsible for entire electrification work for project (construction, internal, external, MSEDCL/reliance/Tata power, elevators)
- Being responsible for entire plumbing system for a project including automation works, STP, Fire fighting system, pumping system
- Coordinating with internal architects for MEP drawings & BOQs
- Preparing timelines/ work schedules for MEP works in coordination with planning dept
- Executing & Coordinating MEP works at site with respective building engineers & ensuring processes
- Preparing and updating the status of MEP works on weekly basis
- Checking drawing, documentation, quality and maintaining records pertaining to MEP and ensuring zero NCs during audits
- Certifying Bills related to MEP worksDeciding the Quantity of material required for MEP works and raising PRs
- Preparing COFs for quantity variation and raising service PRs accordingly
- Co-ordinating with Liaisoning for Infrastructure Electrification Statutory and Liaisoning work
