- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software components.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes tailored for AI-native applications.
- Ability to integrate AI models into scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing AI-based systems for production environments.
- Knowledge of data handling and preprocessing techniques relevant to AI model deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agent Development.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
