Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- portfolio Monitoring: Track assigned customer accounts, review aging reports, and identify high-risk or delinquent accounts early.
- Customer Engagement: Contact clients via phone calls or field visits to discuss overdue payments, understand financial constraints, and negotiate repayment plans.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly recovery, collection efficiency, and portfolio health targets.
- Relationship Building: Counsel borrowers on good repayment habits and present structured settlement options or financial restructuring when applicable.
- Documentation & Compliance: Log interaction notes accurately in CRM systems while adhering strictly to internal company policies and legal debt collection guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal sales, credit, and legal teams to resolve payment disputes or escalate critical default cases.
