Data Scientist – AI Agents project

 

The project

We want to enable AI agents within a CRM tool that is globally used by the Client Healthcare Commercial, Field Force for their daily activities. The Agents will be built in an AWS environment that will leverage the pre-existing analytics platforms. 

 

The role:

 

The Data Scientist for this project will build and deploy scalable AI agents on AWS using serverless and fully managed services. The key responsibilities include:

• Build and deploy Agentic AI workflows that are integrated with the global CRM ecosystem.
• Optimize the agents to ensure the outcomes will generate business value for the CRM end users.
• Implement the workflows and design relevant tests to identify and validate the impact in improving the business processes.
• Implement solutions in an agile development team.

 

Who we are looking for

• Experience with Large language models and agentic AI SDK (OpenAI/anthropic python libraries, langchain, etc) and deploying them on Production.
• Advanced Python programming expertise, with particular strength in Object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns, modern python development tools and best practices
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, particularly AWS-based solutions (AWS Glue, Athena, Step Functions and Lambdas).
• Knowledge of agile implementation methods and common project tools like Azure DevOps/Jira.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
