The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. As a Personal Banker - Inbound, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.

• Redress Customer needs pertaining to Cash, DDs, Cheque Deposits, General Information.
• Speed and Accuracy of Transaction.
• Exploitation of other business opportunities sensed.
• Providing quality of Experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth.
• Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
• Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes.
• Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience to foster loyalty and referrals.
