Job Description

Branch Receivable Officer

  • Sales and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for home loan sourcing and loan disbursements. [1, 2]
  • Lead Generation: Source new home loan leads through direct market visits, builders, real estate agents, and open-market prospecting. [1, 2]
  • Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and developers to generate regular referrals.
  • Customer Acquisition & Guidance: Meet prospective clients, explain home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria, and help them choose the right plan. [1, 2]
  • File Processing & Coordination: Collect initial documentation, verify basic eligibility, and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth file login and sanctioning.
  • Portfolio Health & Recovery: Ensure timely follow-ups for missing documents and assist with initial repayment or collection verifications if required. [1]
