What you will do

• Design BMS/IBMS systems for buildings and data centers.
• Prepare control schematics, network architecture, and wiring diagrams.
• Develop I/O schedules, points lists, and sequence of operations.
• Review project specifications and technical requirements.
• Select BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices.
• Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, EPMS, and Fire Alarm teams.
• Prepare BOM, technical submittals, and engineering documents.
• Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, Niagara, Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, or JCI systems.

What we look for

• • BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication) 
  • Minimum experience 3+ years
  • Strong knowledge of BMS architecture, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Niagara architecture, Platform, & controllers.
  • Experience in software programming and commissioning of Niagara controllers.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Experience in the field of Industrial Automation (SCADA/HMI screens development) will be added an advantage
  • Experience in remote engineering, installation and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems.
  • Should have worked for BMS projects like pharmaceuticals, airports, commercial buildings, hospitals etc.
  • Must be a quick learner & brilliant problem solving capabilities
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication

• PreferredExperience in Building Automation System or BMS Design Engineering.
