Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Experience in automating deployment and configuration management using Ansible within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and their integration with packaged or SaaS applications.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
