Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and analytics/reporting requirements.
• Lead requirement-gathering, business discussions, and discovery sessions; analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements for CRM Analytics solutions.
• Act as a Project Manager  for assigned analytics initiatives, including planning, scope management, prioritization, effort coordination, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements, priorities, solution expectations, and delivery status are clearly communicated.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development coordination, testing/UAT, deployment, business validation, and post-production support.
• Coordinate with business users for UAT, feedback, sign-off, adoption, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications using SAQL, dataflows, and recipes based on business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of DMS and related processes, preferably within the Manufacturing & Automotive domain
