Job Description

Treasury Solutions Analyst

At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling, and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the full-time Treasury Solutions Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your treasury and payment solutions expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Treasury and Payment solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IS&T Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Treasury & Finance functions), configure and maintain core Treasury Solutions, and ensure efficient and reliable treasury operations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of configuring and maintaining our payment platforms, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and other treasury solutions, but also provide application support, manage incidents, and contribute to process documentation and improvements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with Treasury Project & Operations Managers to drive continuous improvement activities.

  • Scoping integration solutions and conducting technical gap analyses with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contributing to the deployment of Treasury Solutions, including configuration, testing, training key users, and post-go-live support.

  • Supporting level 2/3 application support, monitoring incident queues, and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Performing root cause analysis for high-priority incidents and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contributing to editor release assessments to ensure smooth user adoption.

  • Maintaining effective communication with users, ensuring SLA compliance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Supporting internal and external audits with relevant documentation and ensuring process compliance.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in payments and the treasury domain.

  • Hands-on expertise in payment platforms, payment processing workflows, XML messaging standards, and SWIFT MT/MX payment formats.

  • Familiarity with SWIFT communication channels, including FIN and FileAct.

  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is preferred.

  • Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholders effectively.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines.

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling.

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues.

  • Contribute to innovative projects in treasury and payment solutions.

  • Utilise our dynamic and inclusive working environment.

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries.

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning programs.

  • Progress towards roles such as Treasury Solution Lead or other advanced treasury positions.

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
